ServSafe offers materials in a variety of Languages. At Practical Education Solutions we find that having a native speaker who can teach the materials is very helpful. At a minimum we can provide a native translator for Spanish and Standard Mandarin. We have associates that speak these two languages. We can often find others for some of the other language materials offered by ServSafe.
One trusted associate who has worked with for clients needing Spanish language ServSafe is Monica Pedroza. Monica will tell you she is a native of Mexico and: "Besides being a Spanish native speaker I would like to tell you that I worked in the field of education for many years in my country in a community college and in private practice. In 1998 I became the dean of the Fashion Design program in the community college. Currently I am teaching Spanish on Saturdays (during school year) in a Special program supported by U of M for Spanish speaking kids. My kids were attending the program when I decided to join the team as a volunteer due to the lack of teachers. I love to teach and I love to learn."
